Hello, we recently retired and closed our cherished five and dime store after 34 years of ownership. Our store was housed in two historic buildings in downtown Holden. The main building was built in 1876 and since it was built has always been a general merchandise store. We love the history of the buildings, but honestly did not know if selling them would be complicated to do. Initially we tried selling them For Sale By Owner.
